Who I am

Sites by Max is a one-person web design business, run by me, Max Lichter. If you have any questions about this policy or what I have on file for you, email me directly at iammaxlichter@gmail.com.

What I collect

Just what you give me: your name, email, phone number, business info, and anything you type into my contact form or the quick questions when the site loads. If you come to me through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta shares whatever you submitted on that ad's form with me too, name, email, phone, and your answers.

How it's collected

My forms are processed by Web3Forms, which emails your submission straight to me. I don't run my own database of visitor info sitting on a server somewhere.

Advertising and analytics

This site may use the Meta Pixel to see whether my ads are actually working. That means Meta may set cookies and collect standard usage data on this site, handled under their own privacy policy. You can control your ad preferences any time in your Facebook settings.

How I use it

Only to respond to you, build your free website preview, and talk through the project. I don't sell your info, share it with anyone else, or add you to a mailing list.

Data retention

I keep inquiry emails as long as it's useful for us to be working together. If you'd rather I didn't, ask and I'll delete yours.

Your rights

Email me any time to see, correct, or delete whatever I have about you. No forms, no runaround.
